Staying here was just wicked awesome! Waking up to that river view was a game changer-totally made my mornings. The spa bath? Oh man, soaked in that every day. Plus, the staff was super chill and friendly. Had the Scallop and Prawn Tortellini for dinner-seriously delicious!

The hotel is modern and perfect with fast staff who spoke to management. Make sure you stay in the king studio with comfy bed. The venue offers REASONABLY PRICED toast and sauce for breakfast. Recommend staying to anyone.

Totally thoroughly enjoyable stay of two nights. Hip new hotel with extremely hospitable and decent staff and beautiful views to an industrial park. Central location, not too far from Trafalgar Park. The in-house restaurant for an easy dinner.

The location was excellent and the staff were proessional. I would gladly stay again. Great room and out look on the river.

I encountered significant issues . The first room was noisy, lacked proper ventilation, and the cleaning staff intruded on my privacy by walking past the windows constantly. Despite requesting a change, I had to push hard for it and pay extra to move to a better room, which definitely didn't live up to what I expected from a higher-rated hotel.

The staff are very professional and friendly. The rooms are lovely, clean and a great size. Loved the balcony overlooking the river. The breakfast was excellent value. Very happy with everything.

Check-in was smooth and quick, with staff that were both friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. Having direct access to the pool was a nice touch, and the quirky mural on the wall added character. Breakfast was reasonably priced with delicious options, and the prompt return of a forgotten item was excellent. The noise from the nearby outdoor bar and lingering cigarette smoke from below was disappointing.
